Overview

Triad HealthCare Network (THN) is seeking a Primary Care Medical Director to lead the transformation of primary care delivery through the use of teams, continuous process improvement and management, optimum use of technology, and advanced primary care models. This position shall be responsible for closely working with Quality department staff in regard to measures, processes and programs and with THN administration to identify patient and provider trends and developing and implementing strategies for quality and performance improvement. With other THN Medical Directors and THN administration, the Primary Care Medical Director shall assist with the development and implementation of both physician incentive programs/methodology and corrective action plans for physician non-compliance. Educational responsibilities include helping providers understand THN best practices and functions and use of the tools provided through THN and its partners.

The Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital, the flagship of Cone Health, was established in 1953 to serve the community by delivering high-quality healthcare. That mission continues today.
